Alzheimer natural remedies



I have been studying information regarding natural remedies for Alzheimer's.
Avoid grains, eat less carbohydrates. Coconut oil has been shown to help
eliminate Alzheimer's by starting with 1 tablespoon with breakfast in the
morning and then gradually adding tablespoons until you get to 4 tablespoons a day.

Vitamin B12 is also important for preventing Alzheimer's and consists of eating
Liver from organic calf, Wild caught salmon, Organic, grass-fed beef, and Organic, free-range eggs,
Berries. Supplements to take are Vitamin D-3 and Omega 3's. Exercise, like walking and keeping your
mind active by doing crossword puzzles, playing an instrument or anything that stimulates your brain.
Foods to avoid are Sugars, especially fructose, artificial sweeteners and soy.
